James Harden says he’ll be fit before Nets hits Playoffs

Brooklyn Nets guard James Harden has been absent for more than a month due to a thigh sprain. He said he was very confident to return before the playoffs. The Nets lost to the Dallas Mavericks on Thursday night and now have five games.

Before the start of the playoffs on May 22, Harden, who has been eliminated by the Mavericks, is traveling with the team. The former MVP does not rule out the possibility of returning to the current tour. The network will play in Denver on Saturday. And on Tuesday in Chicago. Harden said that before he plays the game again, he needs to do a few exercises without any pain or discomfort. Harden said he is working hard to regain his health, shift gears and change direction.

The last time Harden played against the New York Knicks was on April 5. Previously, he missed two games due to a so-called Achilles tendon sprain. After four minutes against the Knicks, Harden left the game and underwent an MRI examination, which showed that his hamstrings were tight on.

Harden said he felt he was going to make a comeback before training failed on April 21. He continued: “At this point in my career, I entered the playoffs, mainly because when I was in Houston, I had been struggling and enduring. Before the playoffs, it was an exploit. My mind has a chance to keep my body healthy going postseason with clear head. You have 16 games to win. This is the ultimate goal. That’s why I came to Brooklyn.

Steve Nash said earlier that he was not sure Harden is healthy enough to participate in the first round. The Eastern Conference ranked second, trailing the Philadelphia 76ers by just 2.5 games. Harden, Kevin Durant and Kyrie Owen only played seven games together this season, but Harden said that the absenteeism that missed the most due to injuries did not change his confidence in the Nets championship.
